Cassis Classics

Marionette Dry Cassis balances just the right amount of sweet, tart, and blackcurrant punch. It has the habit of stealing the show where cocktails are concerned. A totally versatile liqueur; here are three classic recipes that most bartender will have up their sleeve. All are simple enough to be whipped up at home, just trust your instincts and mix with almost, and we mean almost anything in your liqueur cabinet.

Kir Royal

We're not sure when this went out of style but it's long overdue for a comeback. Pour a generous splash of Marionette Dry Cassis into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with raspberries.

It honestly doesn't get better than this. A perfect match; fill highball with ice, add dry vermouth (did someone say Maidenii?) and Marionette Dry Cassis. Top with soda garnish with an orange, or a lemon, or whatever the heck you want but trust us you need this in your life.

El Diablo

A party in a glass. pour two parts tequila, one part Marionette Dry Cassis and one part lime juice into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice; shake well and strain over ice. Top with ginger ale (find one with a bit of bite), and garnish with a lime wheel.
