Marionette x Zareh at Honeydripper in Adelaide

June 16 : Join us for a session where the borders between savoury and sweet blur - a conversation between food and drink, grounded in today’s produce with flavours (and sounds) through time. Hosted by chef Tom Sarafian and Matt Linklater of Zareh in collaboration with Marionette Liqueur, we’ll explore how fruit, nuts and spice build bridges between cultures and generations. From figs, dates, and apricots tossed over flame, to distillates drawn from ripe Australian fruit, examining how nostalgia is carried through taste.

Part 1: 1030am-12pm

A guided tasting with Q&A, example serves with Zareh food pairings, and Arab cover records on the stereo - an industry-focused flavour class exploring how sweetness, acidity, aroma, and nostalgia shape flavour, and how food and drink can speak of distance and belonging at once.
