* $7.50 flat rate per order Australia Wide via Australia Post.

* NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS VIA WEB STORE.

* We make every effort to send orders within 2 business days of payment being processed here in Melbourne.


* When your order is all carefully wrapped and ready for pick up, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders will be delivered by Australia Post parcel post. 


* As a general guide allow 5 business days for orders to be delivered, and longer for WA and NT. If you order is urgent please contact us before purchase.


* We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however Marionette does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.


* Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.


* Marionette cannot deliver to persons under the age of 18 years, and we may request that the person who receives the goods provide evidence of proof of age and sign for the parcel.


Shipping Charges

Flat rate $7.50 Australia Wide.

Warning

Under the Australian Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence

- To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)

- For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $700)  

DELIVERY OF LIQUOR - DUE TO LIQUOR LICENSING LAWS :

- Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. Evidence of age may be required where appropriate.

- Liquor will not be delivered and left at unoccupied premises on same day the order is received.

- Liquor will only be delivered during the following hours:

    - between 9am and 11pm on any day other than Sunday, Good Friday, Anzac Day or Christmas Day.

    - between 10am - 11pm on Sunday.

    - between 12 noon and 11pm on Anzac Day.

    - No deliveries are permitted on Christmas Day or Good Friday.

Returns

Returns Policy

In short

  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve changed your mind.

  • If your bottle arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right – with a replacement or refund.

When we accept returns

We’ll happily sort you out if:

  • Your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in transit;

  • The product is faulty (for example: corked, contaminated, or otherwise not of acceptable quality); or

  • You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or variant).

In these cases, we’ll, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement of the same product (or one of similar value if the original is unavailable); or

  • Provide a full refund of the product price.

When we don’t accept returns

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind (including if you no longer want the product, ordered too much, or found a better price elsewhere);

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery by you or someone else;

  • Issues caused by how the product has been stored or handled after it left us.

This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged goods.

How to request a return

If your bottle arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@marionette.com.au with:

    • Your order number

    • A quick description of what’s wrong

    • A couple of photos showing the damage or fault (if you can)

  2. We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps – whether we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.

  3. If we approve the return, we’ll provide simple instructions for sending the item back (if needed). We’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved faulty/damaged returns.

Refunds and replacements

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible.

  • We’ll process refunds within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item (or confirm the fault/damage).

  • If a replacement isn’t reasonably available, we’ll offer a refund instead.
