We then add a lick of golden syrup and salt for maceration, marzipan-ness from Victorian apricot kernels and a little Rutherglen muscat to round it all out.

60ml Marionette Amaretto
20ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Egg White
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
Shake, add ice, shake again, strain into glass, garnish with a cherry

Godfather

30ml Marionette Amaretto
30ml Whisky
Build over ice in a glass, garnish with an orange twist

Turbo Mai Tai

20ml Marionette Amaretto
15ml Marionette Orange Curaçao
25ml Dark Rum
25ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Shake with ice, strain into glass over ice, garnish with tropical fruit

Produce The backbone of Marionette Amaretto is formed with almonds from the Keen family's lush biodynamic orchards on the Murray, macerated with a lick of golden syrup & a dash of salt. Marzipan characters of Goulburn Valley apricot kernels, held over from Marionette Apricot Brandy and Muscat from Australia's fortified-wine heartland Rutherglen rounds out this classic cocktail staple.
