A blend of Victorian green and blood plums, built on a base of Reed and Co Shochu and finished with a touch of Melbourne Sake. A celebration of summer; this liqueur opens boldly with a vibrant green plum acidity balance with the savoury undertones of Shochu. A rich mid-palate unfolds, leading to a fresh finish accented with sake. A perfect interplay of upfront plum acidity highlighting the juicy flavours of fresh green fruit, complemented by the chocolate notes of Blood Plum. Limited release made for our friends at the ESCA group.

60ml sparking wine
Method: stir over ice and strain over large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Highball

Method: build in a highball glass. Top with ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
