A blend of Victorian green and blood plums, built on a base of Reed and Co Shochu and finished with a touch of Melbourne Sake. A celebration of summer; this liqueur opens boldly with a vibrant green plum acidity balance with the savoury undertones of Shochu. A rich mid-palate unfolds, leading to a fresh finish accented with sake. A perfect interplay of upfront plum acidity highlighting the juicy flavours of fresh green fruit, complemented by the chocolate notes of Blood Plum. Limited release made for our friends at the ESCA group.

Marionette Plum is lightly filtered. We keep the good stuff in which creates a hazy liqueur packed full of fruit and natural flavour.

Perfect with sparkling wine, over ice with soda, or on the rocks.

Spritz

30ml plum
60ml sparking wine
Method: stir over ice and strain over  large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Highball

45ml plum
90ml soda
Method: build in a highball glass. Top with ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.


Shipping :  $7.50 per order, shipped from Melbourne with Australia Post. 

We make every effort to send orders within 2 business days of payment being processed. When your order is all carefully wrapped and ready for pick up you will receive a confirmation email. As a general guide allow 5 business days for orders to be delivered, and longer for WA and NT. If you order is urgent please contact us before purchase. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however Marionette does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes and Marionette cannot deliver to persons under the age of 18 years, and we may request that the person who receives the goods provide evidence of proof of age and sign for the parcel.
