Tarter than traditional cassis, our Dry Cassis delivers the classic juicy punch of ripe blackcurrants with around half the sugar content of the French original. This is balanced by an acidity that brings a refreshing zing to all things bubbly. It’s ribena for grown-ups.

* We make every effort to send orders within 2 business days of payment being processed. 

* When your order is all carefully wrapped and ready for pick up you will receive a confirmation email. Most orders will be couriered via carbon neutral company Sendle. Some regional orders may be shipped via Australia Post parcel post.  

* As a general guide allow 5 business days for orders to be delivered, and longer for WA and NT. If you order is urgent please contact us before purchase. 

* We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however Marionette does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. 

* Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. 

* Marionette cannot deliver to persons under the age of 18 years, and we may request that the person who receives the goods provide evidence of proof of age and sign for the parcel.

Father & son, Rob & Richard Clark, have dedicated 20 years to growing the very best blackcurrants. Their traditional White Bud variety thrives in Tassie’s cool climate. The fruit is small yielding but high in acidity, antioxidants & anthocyanins. Flavourful & distinct, Rob & Richard’s powerful little berries sing in Marionette’s Dry Cassis.
